How it works

Day 1 — the ten questions. Together we write the ten questions your system must be able to answer, sort them — works now, works later, will not work — and sign off on that list. We sign an NDA before we see anything.
Week 3 — the system answers. The system answers the "works now" questions, demonstrated live on your own data.
Day 90 — you run it yourself. In the weeks before that, we help you build the system into your daily work, until you can carry on without us.
Support (ongoing). After that we stay available for questions, upkeep, and new capabilities.

Not for everyone

This is not for you if you want a course (we will happily point you to the good ones), if you want a chatbot on your website, or if you cannot free up two hours a week during the build. It works best for founders of companies with 5 to 100 people, where the business still runs on the founder's memory.

Questions we always get

Where does my company data go?

Your files live on your own computer, with a secure backup that is also yours. In the intake we decide together what may go to an AI service and what stays local. The AI service we use does not train on your data. An NDA is standard, before the first look.

I have abandoned three systems already. Why would this one stick?

Those systems died because you were the maintenance. Here, the system cleans up after itself, and we keep an eye on it so it stays healthy.

How do I know it is not making things up in my own notes?

Review gates. The system proposes, you confirm. Every fact carries its source and a confidence level. Nothing becomes truth without a human yes.

I am not technical. Do I need to live in a terminal?

No. The tech is our job. You work in plain language: ask questions, approve suggestions, read your briefings.

What does it cost?

Founding clients start on pilot terms; we agree the exact price on the intake call. Beyond that, all you need is a Claude subscription: EUR 20 to 180 per month, depending on how much you use it.

Is this hype that dies in six months?

The foundation is boring on purpose: plain text files and open standards, built with Claude Code. Tools will change. Your data and structure stay yours either way.
